Introducing myOneStepPay

At myAutonomy, we understand how important products can be to our participants. The NDIS provides funding for a range of items like Assistive Technology, to enhance someone’s life with a disability. This could be an iPad for telehealth calls with a therapist or a walking stick to help someone move around.

As a plan manager we want to ensure the participant gets what they need in the quickest, most efficient way, so we have created a one step payment process that cuts out the middleman.

What is it?

myOneStepPay is a virtual payment method. This type of transaction is quick and easy to organise. You email us the product information and we do the rest. We will pre-approve the NDIS claim and use the myOneStepPay to make the payment.

Who can use it?

How does it work?

Support Coordinator

As a Support Coordinator, you are contacting us to make a claim for a participant. We understand the process to do this can be complex, which is why we want to work with you to make it as simple as possible.  

All you need to do is email us as you normally would outlining what the participant needs, with the information listed below. Once we have approved this product with their NDIS plan, we will use myOneStepPay to make the payment as soon as possible. This can be done via the products website link or over the phone.

This cuts out the waiting period for us to make a claim, payment, and reconciliation. It also minimises the emails you make between the product’s store and us.

Information required:  

  • Product location: website or name of business.
  • Product description: direct website link, product code or descriptive explanation of product.
  • Product price.
  • Delivery instructions: up-to-date address for home delivery or personal details for Click & Collect.

Participant’s Family Member

As the participants family member, we understand the financial strain buying products for your loved one can be, so you may be eligible to use this system. All you need to do is send us an email with the information listed below and we will check that it is covered in your plan. If it is, we will take care of the payment and all you need to do is wait for delivery. You must also make sure the home address is up to date. If it’s not, we’ll contact you to make other arrangements.

  • Product location: website or name of business.
  • Product description: direct website link, product code or descriptive explanation of product.
  • Product price.
  • Delivery instructions: up-to-date address for home delivery or personal details for Click & Collect.

Occupational Therapist

As an Occupational Therapist, you know how important it is for participants to look after themselves with any products you deem necessary.

All you need to do is send us an email with the information listed below. Once we have approved this product with their NDIS plan, we will use myOneStepPay to make the payment as soon as possible. This can be done via the products website link or over the phone. We will use the participant’s most recent address to organise delivery.

This cuts out the waiting period for us to make a claim, payment, and reconciliation. It also minimises the emails you make between the product’s store and us.

  • Participant name: who is the participant? Please include full name.
  • Product location: website or name of business.
  • Product description: direct website link, product code or descriptive explanation of product.
  • Product price.
  • Delivery instructions: up-to-date address for home delivery or personal details for Click & Collect.
